If you are a Redskins or Ravens fan you know John Beck. Beck always had a good attitude and for a little time, Redskins fans thought he might be the answer to the poison that was Rex Grossman. Unfortunately, Beck never materialized as a star QB and now plays for the British Columbia Lions in the CFL. Even though Beck did not leave positive impressions on Fed Ex Field, he may have picked up some dance moves instead. Check out the video below as he teaches the BC Lions How to Dougie!

The 6'11, 250 pound Center, Marcin Gortat, will join the Washington Wizards tonight as they try to keep their playoffs hopes alive in Game 6 against the Indiana Pacers at the Verizon Center. Gortat -- born in Poland & affectionately known as the Polish Hammer -- had a monster Game 5 with 31 points and 16 rebounds. In honor of the Polish big man, here are 5 reasons Gortat is awesome!

World Cup fever is about to hit a high in Washington DC and around the world. After four long years, Brazil is now center stage for the largest sporting tournament. Even the casual soccer - futbol, football, whatever you want to call it - fan can easily get swept up in the nationalistic frenzy that is the World Cup. The USA will face off against Portugal this evening in Manaus, Brazil at the 2014 World Cup.  If the USA is victorius, they will advance to the next round. Portugal is home to arguably the best player in the world - Cristiano Ronaldo - who will be playing in this match. Team USA definitely has its work cut out for them, but fans everywhere believe they can win!  If you need a little push to get hyped up for the game, check out this video, it will make you want to dress in Red, White and Blue from head to toe and start USA chants anywhere you go:

Dockers scored a touchdown with their latest ad campaign aiming to get rid of #DadPants. Dad pants are the overly wide and baggy khakis that Dad's all over are known to sport.  They wisely enlisted 49er's coach Jim Harbaugh and his wife Sarah Harbaugh to produce a PSA on the hurtful nature of Dad Pants. This campaign is being released just in time for Father's Day, and it is hilarious.
